Prices & Availability 2023

Due to the closure of Guestlink we’re simplifying our booking system.

We no longer take card payments. You can check AVAILABILITY on Airbnb https://www.airbnb.co.uk/

for the next 3 months otherwise contact us directly.

You can still book direct and pay via BAC’s This will help keep our prices the same as 2022!

Prices per week (Saturday – Saturday) – £300 – £550 inc. VAT @ 20%.
Our standard week runs from Saturday to Saturday, though you can book any start date (minimum 3 nights) subject to availability.

Arrival Time – 4.00pm. Departure time – 11.00am

Short Breaks
Off-season (outside school holidays) 30% off standard weekly prices. These breaks (usually) run from either Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday.

CRIFFELL LODGE – Suitable for up to 4 adults/children + cot

MANX LODGE – Suitable for up to 4 adults or 2 Adults + 3 children + cot

Contact us for our BAC’s details OR download the booking form below and post it, with a deposit cheque of £50, or the total amount if it is less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, to Springbank Farm – High Walton – Nr St Bees – Cumbria – CA22 2TY.
